Gift card questions

Can they spend it over more than one order?

Yes. Whatever they don't spend stays on the card, so they can use the rest on a later order, like their next refill.

How do they check the balance?

Open the gift card email and tap the link to view the card. It shows what's left to spend. The balance is also applied and shown at checkout when they enter the code.

What if I don't add a recipient?

Leave "I want to send this as a gift" unticked and the gift card comes straight to your inbox, ready to forward or print.

How does scheduling work?

Tick "I want to send this as a gift", add their email and pick a "Send on" date up to 90 days ahead. The gift card is emailed to them on that date. Leave the date blank and it goes straight away.

How long is it valid?

Three years from the date of purchase.

Can it be used on refills and Subscribe & Save?

Yes, on refills and anything else in our range. On Subscribe & Save it can pay for the first order, and later deliveries are charged to the card saved on the subscription. It can't be used to buy another gift card.

Can I get a refund on a gift card?

Gift cards aren't refundable or exchangeable for cash. If something's not right with your gift card, email hi@holyh2o.com.au and we'll sort it out.
